OGHR Summit gathers HR leaders from the oil and gas industry to network; sharing insights and knowledge, discussing practical solutions to global HR challenges. OGHR Events have been held in London, Aberdeen, Abu Dhabi, Houston and Lagos.

SMART Summit produced in 2013 explored the confluence of Social, Mobile and Recruitment Technology. Held in London, the event showcased the next generation HR Technology solutions, including Talent Management Software, Social Recruiting platforms, Mobile Recruiting tools, Big data impact on HR, and a lot more.

Social Recruiting Conference (#SRCONF) was launched in 2010. It brought together 200+ Senior Recruitment Leaders to discuss case studies around the emerging subject of social media in Recruitment. The conference was held in London and Paris till 2012.
