Back in February, my colleague wrote an interesting post on Avoiding a Social Media Skills Crisis, which was a discussion held at an event during the Social Media Week.

This subject is becoming increasingly important as more companies are trying to get their employees up to speed with use of Social Media in all aspects of their business.

The good folks at Mindflash created a smart infographic that demonstrates how you can train different kinds of employees on how to use and adopt Social Media.
