Back in February, my colleague wrote an interesting post on Avoiding a Social Media Skills Crisis, which was a discussion held at an event during the Social Media Week.

This subject is becoming increasingly important as more companies are trying to get their employees up to speed with use of Social Media in all aspects of their business.

The good folks at Mindflash created a smart infographic that demonstrates how you can train different kinds of employees on how to use and adopt Social Media.

The infographic describes the types of social media users you’ll find in your company — the digital native, savvy technologist, reluctant user, digital newby and digital contrarian — and how to approach training each of them.

Are your employees skilled in use of Social Media? Do you find the infographic useful?
